Domestic collaboration plays an important role in SINH’s progress and also pays dividends to local regions. For instance, together with the government of Gui’an New Area of Guizhou Province, SINH has built the Gui’an Bio-Medical Big Data Center. Joining hands with Shanghai Jiaotong University, SINH has established the Collaborative Innovation Center on Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.   

In addition, working with health-related companies, SINH has accelerated translational research to further its mission of improving human health. Partners include Unilever, BY-HEALTH, Beingmate, etc. Furthermore, SINH is home to the Shanghai Industrial Safety Monitoring and Early Warning Research Center, which was approved by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and opened in 2018. Moreover, SINH and the government of Xuhui District co-established the Health Science Communication Center in 2018.
